Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers large rooms and a convenient location just minutes from the shopping center. However, the amenities are lacking, as there's no proper breakfast and little staff assistance. The cleanliness and overall facilities need an urgent update to enhance the experience.
I had a pleasant experience at this hotel which is conveniently located near the train station and downtown attractions. The rooms were nice and provided good value for a short stay, but the noise from trains can be quite loud at times. While there were some limitations with the breakfast options and kitchen supplies, the overall stay was enjoyable.
I found this hotel to be a great value for my stay in Anchorage. It's located just a couple of blocks from the Iditarod Ceremonial Start and close to numerous restaurants and a train station, which made it convenient for my plans. The rooms were spacious and clean, though the décor was somewhat dated. There’s free parking, which is a huge plus, but be mindful that the nearby railroad can create some noise if you're sensitive to sound while sleeping.
Overall, I had a great stay at the hotel. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to downtown and the Coastal trail. The rooms were spacious and clean, though the decor felt a bit outdated. The noise from the trains might be bothersome for some, but I found it amusing. The breakfast options were limited, but the complimentary cookies at reception were a nice touch.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious with a great view of the mountains, and having a kitchenette was a huge plus. The staff was welcoming and accommodating, but I did struggle with the lack of air conditioning, especially on a warm day. Plus, the noise from the nearby train station was a bit distracting at night, which made for some restless sleep. Overall, it’s a great spot for train travelers with good value for the price.
